I currently am employed for a rather large company. I was recently assigned the job of finding a solution to our stumbling working environment. We needed to find a solution that solved all of the following issues. It needed to be economically efficient. It needed to be able to fit in a small space, and be able to be moved if needed. We also were looking for furniture that would hopefully help build a team like atmosphere.
I searched on the internet and found a great site that seemed to have the solution i was looking for. The site was found HERE. It told me about a workable solution that seemed to solve all of our current problems. I went to a few more websites were i could find some more information. Another great site i found that basically had a review of modular desks. After reading more and more this had to be the solution we were looking for.
I emailed our office supply store and asked them what it would cost. They sent me an estimate. I went through it and realized there was a lit of things we did not need right away on there so we could see how functional the desk was as is. I still didn’t like the price of it. So i went to my local office supply store and tried talking to them. He sold me on a modular desk that had a lot of options that could be purchased later. I bought two of them and a few of the options and took them back to our building. I then put together a team to try and find exactly what we would need for furniture for each office, they are all the same size. We found the optimal set up and all the options we would need.
So needless to say modular desks were a great solution for my business. They helped me solve a problem and because of all the money i saved my boss i got a raise!
